Heartbeat Serving Wounded Warriors would like to thank the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe for their grant of $5,000 received December 2011 for our emergency services. Both Muckleshoot and Tulalip Indian Tribes have been strong supporters of our military community, especially our wounded warriors. Thank you again.

Civilian Hall of Fame induction ceremony May 23 Joint Base Lewis-McChord leaders will recognize individuals whose selfless service has supported the JBLM community by inducting two distinguished volunteers into its Civilian Hall of Fame in a ceremony to take place Monday, May 23 at 11:30 a.m., at the American Lake Community Center on JBLM-Lewis North. Heartbeat’s therapeutic services include Back in the Saddle Warriors, a successful equine-assisted therapy program. Our Scuba Warriors program offers a healing activity in a pain-free environment. The Emergency Assistance Program for wounded warriors and their families IN WA STATE provides funds for life’s unexpected events and critical needs. Heartbeat responds within 72 hours.
Our seven morale-building programs help wounded warriors and families heal emotionally and physically. These heart-felt events are opportunities for Heartbeat and our donors to show how much we care.
